Our very capable family team is headed by cousins Jay and Phil Stone, who are especially skilled in renovations and extensions, and complete new home builds.

From our initial meeting to discuss your needs, through to the completion of your building project, Jason and Phil will be your friendly experts on hand to answer questions and provide project updates. Our pool of trusted, expert, skilled tradespeople means that, whatever the job size, with 2Stones Construction Ltd, you can be sure you are getting the most appropriate build and communication results.
Contacting us for a Consultation
After our initial contact, we will arrange to come meet you and review your plans and property space. We will discuss your ideas and help turn them into a reality. If you require additional architectural and/or structural engineering services, we can advise you on the best fit for your goals.
Project Specification and Costs
Working with your ideas and/or the architect's designs and specifications, we will agree on the project details with you and, if needed, provide supporting samples, such as advice on internal and external finishes. Once the scope of work is defined, you will be keen to understand the probable project costs, and we will provide you with clear, concise quotations and terms.
We offer a Quantity Surveying service, which takes time to produce, so we advise to get this underway at the earliest opportunity so we can all budget expenditure and schedules together.
Scheduling the work with you
We endeavour to work to pre-determined timescales and will provide a building schedule so you can plan around the project disruption. With extensions and renovations, this is especially important, as often the property will be occupied during the work.
The Build and Trades on Site
Once the project is underway, Jay & Phil will keep you regularly updated on progress and discuss any developments that may affect the schedule. Management of all necessary trades will be the responsibility of 2Stones Construction Ltd, leaving you to get on with your lives and watch your project come to life. During your project, you will find that we are a tidy, respectful team working in your home.
We strive to make every finish, both inside and out, of the highest quality. The final stages of the project will include fixing and finishing to your specifications and your satisfactory project sign-off.
