New Timber Frame Dwelling in Potterne
The contract was from block and beam upwards, including off-site joinery to create unique wall panels and framework. This project had a very complex roof framework with intersections, a flat roof, and a structural steel superstructure. The build included external finishing with Larch cladding and sarking boards. Underfloor heating system installation. Fully fitted bathroom, wet room, kitchen & utility rooms with bespoke carpentry provided to meet the exacting client requirements. Bromham Kitchen Renovation
Working with specialist Kitchen Designer, Charlotte, of H-B Designs Ltd, we were contracted to refurbish the original kitchen space. Complete renovation of all areas, including creating a new boiler cupboard, fitting new Karndean flooring and fitting a new shaker-style Omega Plc kitchen with integrated appliances and a unique breakfast bar area. Walls and ceiling were refinished, ready for the client to decorate.
